Who We Serve & What We Offer
Our doors are open to people who seek a life of health and wellness. This includes those seeking care for deep suffering or traumas, as well as those who are stable and have their needs met, yet seek to grow, expand, and deepen community. We strongly believe that all should have access to excellent service regardless of their income, insurance, gender, sexual orientation, age, religion, national origin, race, ethnicity, disability, veteran status, HIV status, or chronic health conditions.
We seek to provide a comfortable and honest space for diverse populations to be able to express themselves and their unique needs. Our commitment to evidence-based practice with at-risk populations is fundamental to our work and essential to the health of our community. This commitment includes humbly acknowledging our own internalized biases and persistently working to unlearn oppressive and colonized frameworks in order to bring more attunement and liberation to our work.
We offer programs such as therapy for individuals, couples, families, and groups, osteopathic and naturopathic healthcare, educational and therapeutic groups, coaching and workshops for professionals and community members seeking to learn the Internal Family Systems model and other holistic, evidenced-based, healing approaches that are at the heart of our practice.
