Radiance Integrative Health & Wellness is a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing accessible, integrative, evidence-based healthcare, education, and community support. We believe healing happens when people are supported as whole beings in mind, body, spirit, and community. Our mission is to help individuals from all backgrounds heal, grow, build meaningful connections, and achieve greater well-being through compassionate, personalized care and community-centered programs. We are committed to making high-quality wellness services accessible to all, regardless of income or life circumstances.
Liza Wolfgang
Board Chair
A California native, Liza brings more than 20 years of experience as an elementary school educator in both California and Oregon. Before finding her calling in education, she explored a wide range of roles, including office management, data entry, and even peeling tulip bulbs. These experiences helped shape her adaptable, people-centered approach to life and work.
Deeply committed to community and service, she served for five years as Board Chair of Susila Dharma USA, an international humanitarian non-profit organization dedicated to social welfare and community development. She is also trained in facilitation, circle work, and social-emotional learning, and is passionate about fostering meaningful connection, equity, and compassionate communication.
Her values are rooted in social justice, environmental stewardship, and building healthy human relationships. She moved to Oregon for love and has been happily married for 13 years.
Renata Ackermann, Psy.D
Board Secretary
Renata Ackermann, PhD, is a psychologist with more than 35 years of experience working as a therapist in community mental health settings, primary care clinics, and private practice. Throughout her career, she has been dedicated to supporting emotional wellbeing, compassionate care, and accessible mental health services within the community.
Deeply aligned with the mission and values of Radiance, she joined the board in support of the meaningful healing work being offered through the organization. She currently serves as Board Secretary and brings a thoughtful, grounded presence to her leadership and service.
Rebecca Robb, Psy.D
Rebecca Robb earned her undergraduate degree from George Fox University and went on to complete both her Master’s degree and Doctorate in Clinical Psychology at Pacific University School of Professional Psychology.
With a professional career in mental health spanning five decades, Rebecca has dedicated her work to understanding the interconnected relationship between biological, psychological, and social influences on health and healing. Her experience includes work in a wide range of settings, including community mental health centers throughout Oregon and Washington, where she helped develop Clubhouse Model day treatment programs and served on crisis response teams.
For the past 25 years, she has practiced within an interdisciplinary functional medicine family healthcare clinic in the Portland area. Throughout her career, Rebecca has remained deeply committed to compassionate, integrative, and community-centered approaches to mental health and wellbeing.
Cindy Marino, Psy.D
Cindy Marino, PsyD, is a clinical psychologist and educator whose work is dedicated to advancing accessible, affirming, and integrated behavioral healthcare. She currently serves as Director of Behavioral Health for two primary care clinics serving the LGBTQ+ community in Portland and is an adjunct professor at Portland State University.
Throughout her career, Cindy has been committed to creating inclusive healthcare environments and strengthening the connection between physical and mental health. Her professional interests include integrated behavioral health, LGBTQ+ affirming care, and expanding access to high-quality behavioral health services for diverse communities.
Eric Schulz, MBA, CHBC
Eric Schulz serves on the Board of Directors for Radiance because he believes healthcare is most effective when it honors the whole person, including body, mind, and spirit. He is inspired by Radiance’s commitment to integrating medical care, counseling, and wellness services to support meaningful healing and foster healthier, more connected communities.
Drawing on his experience supporting healthcare organizations through growth and organizational change, Eric brings a strategic and mission-focused perspective to the board. He is committed to helping Radiance build a sustainable future while remaining grounded in its values of compassionate, relationship-centered care.
Eric is grateful for the opportunity to contribute to an organization that is expanding access to care and creating pathways for healing, wellbeing, and community connection.
