Sundaura Lithman, LCSW, and Lusijah Marx, RN, PsyD, are excited to offer the first workshop here at Radiance! This is for anyone with at least a basic understanding of IFS and some experience working with their parts.

Where: Online via Google Meet (link emailed the morning of the event)

Materials: Pen, paper, and optional art supplies

Cost: $45 or covered by insurance for most current Radiance clients

Workshop Goals:

• Support participants in visualizing and mapping their inner system of parts

• Deepen understanding of the relational nature of parts, especially protectors and exiles

• Explore the concept of polarizations in parts work

• Offer an embodied, creative approach to engaging with parts through art and reflection

• Foster shared insight and connection through optional group sharing
