Thank you for your patience as we work to bring Radiance Integrative Health and Wellness to life. We know many of you are eagerly awaiting the chance to start or continue care with us, and we want to share where we are in our progress:
We are very excited to see you soon at Radiance. Opening a new, multidisciplinary healthcare office, and particularly a non-profit, is complex, but we have made great strides!
At this point, as of April 11th, we open for in-person and online appointments and have limited availability for new patients. If you are interested in getting started with us, we encourage you to call for more info or you can submit an appointment request online by clicking here.
April 11th:
We know this is a critical moment for our community to be able to access care are working to create more appointment availability. We currently have some openings for certain services. You can begin requesting appointments and completing intake forms online for your preferred provider. We are still addressing some final administrative and operational needs in order to open more fully, so we are not able to provide a specific Grand Opening date yet (which will include a festive community potluck), but we anticipate it will be soon!

We are working hard completing set up and training on our new electronic health records system (EMR), meeting frequently with trainers and consultants, and creating necessary intake forms and documents. Our wonderful 100+ year old house is undergoing some renovations to make it more comfortable and accessible for clients and staff, and we are recruiting an administrative assistant. We are also still in process of credentialing with insurance companies and trying to get contracts in place asap so that we can offer in-network services.

Here is what we know:
For people who have seen one of us at another site:
Using the client portal link on our website, you will need to submit a request to become a client at Radiance.
Your practitioner will then approve you in our system and you will receive a notification.
You will then need to complete online intake paperwork, including a Registration Form and an Acknowledgement and Consent Form.
Once our schedules are ready and you have completed and submitted the intake paperwork, you will be able to schedule an appointment online.
Our providers hope to be contracted with most of the same insurance carriers as previously; however with some carriers it will still take time to implement contracts. We will keep an updated list here of the insurance plans with which we have current contracts. If your insurance is not yet in-network with us, it may temporarily be necessary to either pay out-of-pocket, use out-of-network insurance benefits, or discuss a reduced-fee arrangement if you are facing financial hardship. We are now accepting Medicare, though CareOregon Advantage will not cover services at Radiance at this time.

*We do not have a contract with CareOregon at this time, but we are credentialed as a Medicaid Provider in Oregon and CareOregon will cover many of our services. For mental health, the process is usually the same as in-network billing, but some services may require prior authorization or Single Case Agreements.

For those who are new to us:
Sundaura and Lusijah will be accepting new clients for some services and you will be able to submit an online request to see them. They will then review, and offer scheduling with you if they have availability.
Dr. Neal will not be accepting new people at first, prioritizing current patients transferring from her previous practice. You may check back again in late January to see if she is has openings for new patients at that time.
